Deleting your data

Delete your whole account

1. In the Clip-It.AI app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email privacy@clip-it.ai from the address you signed up with.
2. We disconnect all your linked platforms straight away, and delete their access tokens.
3. Within 30 days we delete your account, profile, preferences, clips, transcripts and statistics. Billing records we are legally required to keep are the only exception.

Videos that have already been posted stay on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook until you delete them there. Recordings on your own computer are never uploaded to us, so they stay where they are.

Disconnect one platform

In the Clip-It.AI app, go to Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect. We delete that platform's tokens and the data we hold from it. You can also remove Clip-It.AI's access in the platform itself:

• YouTube / Google: Google account → Third-party connections
• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites
• TikTok: TikTok Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions

When you remove Clip-It.AI in Facebook or Instagram, Meta notifies us, and we delete the data we received from that account within 30 days.
